Simple, clear and respectful
- A fee quotation with full terms and conditions are available on request
- Per session hourly online charges are open and transparent – based on the number, frequency, duration and intensity of each bespoke programme or activity
- Hourly professional fees decline when booking multiple sessions at once
- The ‘active’ sessions are supported with free check-ins, coach preparation and post-session actions
- Programme timings are flexible and modular – we aim to pre-agree certain recurring days of the week and timings in advance to ensure effective learning and skills transfer
- Late cancellations within 24 hours of sessions are typically not allowed, but for reasons outside the control of either party additional flexibility is acceptable, allowing for timely re-booking at no additional charge to you.
